Welcome! I'm Steve Sokolowski, musician and computer scientist. I live in State College, Pennsylvania, and explore the creative possibilities at the intersection of human artistry and artificial intelligence.
The music you find here is composed, arranged, or generated in collaboration with multiple AI models. I intentionally use models to generate every single byte in every one of these songs.
Making music with AI is not as simple as simply clicking a button. While a typical song still requires 40+ hours of human creativity to use the models to execute a vision, the advent of large language and music generation models has made music production accessible to all.
