About This Track
Valentine Beat originated from the simple 22-second bassline introduction. But while the bassline and verses were great, I needed to figure out how to get the song to be more like some of the modern disco one hears on the radio, and eventually I figured it out. The choruses sound like they could have come out of a Justin Timberlake album. There's no deep meaning or thought to discuss about this song - just enjoy it.
